Silas has been "officially" served his paperwork for his re-adoption in the U.S. We had to go in to the Sherrif's department and have the papers handed directly to Silas. I went to grab them and the officer told me no. Silas had to physically be the one to take them from the officer. Too funny!
**Silas was "officially" adopted by us in Ethiopia, but we were not present. Therefore, he needs to be re-adopted in the U.S.
