Shaving Cream Art ...Oh the life of a toddler

Ava had fun making shapes and art designs in shaving cream. Things ended a little messy as you will see, but it was fun.

Eli's Farmer (cowboy) day and Halloween Decorating

The kids rushed home from church last Sunday with the goal of decorating the entire house! It was lots of fun.

Ava trying on Eli's hatEli James...He was so excited to wear this outfit this morning. He wanted to sleep in it the night before just so he wouldn't forget all the pieces.

Playing catch - up

It's been awhile since a post, so I'll catch you up on our busy, busy lives. Below you can see the kids making a family mailbox. We plan to write each other notes throughout the week, and get our "mail" from each other on Sundays.

Ava cheering for the Bears.

Brian and I getting our travel shots...Oh, how I love needles.

We traveled to Wheaton this past weekend to meet up with other All God's Children Adoption Agency Families. We saw many kiddos that have been brought forever home from Guatemala, China, and Ethiopia. There were others waiting like us as well. Below you can see our fun!

Daddy rocking two of his babies.

After a busy weekend, Eli found it relaxing to wear a headband and play the Leapster on his top bunk.

Look real close at the next picture. Yes...it is Toby playing with the bird that ended up in our sunroom. Nice!!!! I was in full gear to remove him...a blanket on my head, a fly swatter, and a pillow. It worked! My throat hurts from screaming.

Thinking of "Buggy" and Having Fun!

We have been very busy hanging out, as well as having fun! I've included some picturs of our ladybug "prayer" doorknob decorations. I can't include the final product because of the pictures of our little man glued to them, but you can get the idea. The kids wrote their prayer for Si on them and hung them in their rooms.

Having Fun on Labor Day!

Park time...the big kids were at school.

This special package was sent to Ethiopia. I covered his picture on the front (sorry)! Inside the package was a

Having fun at our nephew Parker's third birthday party!

Grace was out with a friend Hannah...and was soon to return with her for a sleepover. To pass the time, Eli, Ava, and I prepared their "sleepover bed". I also realized Grace isn't in any of these pictures! She is so social right now...always gone. She is loving 2nd grade.
